Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure WiFi routers, access points, and related networking equipment.
- Conduct site visits for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Ensure proper cabling, routing, and network setup at customer premises.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Test network performance and ensure optimal signal strength.
- Provide basic technical guidance and support to customers.
- Maintain records of installations, service reports, and daily work updates.
- Coordinate with the technical team for escalations and complex issues.
