Field Manager

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Field Manager to support our on-ground operations in the real estate sector. The role involves field coordination for rental and resale properties, assisting with property visits, documentation, and client support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site property visits, inspections, and client coordination
• Have a knowledge of Social Media Marketing (Basic)
• Assist with property handovers, key collection, and agreements
• Capture and submit property photos and documentation accurately
• Coordinate with the Property Manager and Relationship Manager to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate field visit logs and timely updates
• Travel to multiple properties and project sites across East Bangalore
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and customer service standards

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in Kannada and English
• Have a knowledge of Social Media Marketing (Basic)
• Familiarity with smartphone applications (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Drive, Camera, etc.)
• Strong time management and reliability
• Basic understanding of rental or resale property operations is an advantage
• Professional demeanor and client-handling ability

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Must possess a smartphone with internet access
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduates preferred
• Prior experience in fieldwork, logistics, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore.
