Job Description

The Sales & Marketing professional will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing market presence, and building strong relationships with customers, architects, builders, and dealers for uPVC windows and doors. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, product promotion, and achieving revenue targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for uPVC windows and doors
  • Generate leads through site visits, referrals, architects, builders, and contractors
  • Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth order execution
  • Marketing ResponsibilitiesPromote uPVC window and door products in residential, commercial, and project segments
  • Develop and execute local marketing and promotional activities
  • Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and real estate developers
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
  • Support digital marketing, exhibitions, site branding, and dealer promotions
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Reporting & AdministrationMaintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
  • Update CRM or sales tracking systems regularly
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in sales/marketing of uPVC windows & doors, building materials, or construction products
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
  • Experience1–3 years for Executive role
  • 4–8 years for Manager role (preferably in uPVC or construction industry)
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales revenue and target achievement
  • Number of new customers and projects acquired
  • Lead conversion ratio
