About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves on-ground marketing, building partnerships, and generating leads by directly engaging with potential customers across Bengaluru.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits daily to identify and connect with potential clients
• Generate qualified leads through direct interaction and relationship building
• Establish tie-ups with:
• 
  
• Healthcare providers (clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers)
• Educational institutions (schools, colleges, training centers)
• Gated communities and residential associations
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with partners
• Present company services/products and explain value propositions effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of partners
• Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions
• Achieve monthly lead generation and partnership targets
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1–3 years of experience in field marketing / business development / sales
• Proven experience in B2B or on-ground marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Mandatory RequirementsMust own a two-wheeler (bike)
• Must have a laptop and smartphone
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city
• Preferred SkillsExperience in healthcare, education, or community-based marketing is a plus
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability
