Field Marketing Executive

Position: Field Marketing Officer (Rapido Process)

Location:  2nd Floor, Maruti Chambers, Tower 2, KAS Officers Colony, BTM 2nd Stage, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068

Work Hours: General Day Shift (9 hours/day) or Rotational Shifts as per business requirements

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on individual profile and experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, onboarding new restaurant partners, and fostering long-term client relationships to support our upcoming product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to promote business collaboration.

* Schedule and conduct meetings with restaurant owners and decision-makers.

* Facilitate the onboarding of restaurant partners for our new launch initiative.

* Present and communicate the mutual business benefits of collaboration.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and onboarding processes.

* Maintain and update client records and progress reports.

Requirements:

* Any Bachelor’s degree or a related field (preferred).

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.

* Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.

* Willingness to travel as required for business meetings.
