Field Sales Executive – Institutional Tie-ups (Pre-schools & Healthcare)


Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for building strategic partnerships with pre-schools, pediatric clinics, gynecology hospitals, and maternity centers to promote Closed Circuit as a unique and premium birthday gifting solution for children and families.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership DevelopmentIdentify and approach:

  • Pre-schools & daycare centers
  • Pediatric doctors & clinics
  • Gynecology hospitals & maternity centers
  • Build long-term relationships with school administrators and doctors
  • Onboard partners for referral-based or promotional tie-ups
  • 2. Product PromotionPresent and explain the Closed Circuit concept:
  • Private digital memory library
  • Birthday and milestone gifting solution
  • Conduct in-person demos at:
  • Schools (parent meetings, events)
  • Clinics & hospitals (waiting areas, reception desks)
  • Distribute brochures, posters, and QR-based sign-up links
  • 3. Lead Generation & ConversionGenerate qualified leads through:
  • School tie-ups (parent databases, events)
  • Doctor referrals (new parents, expecting mothers)
  • Follow up with interested parents via calls/WhatsApp
  • Coordinate with internal team to convert leads into customers
  • 4. Relationship ManagementMaintain regular visits and engagement with partners
  • Ensure visibility of Closed Circuit in partner locations
  • Provide partners with updates, offers, and incentives
  • 5. Event & Campaign SupportParticipate in:
  • School events (annual day, birthdays, celebrations)
  • Hospital programs (prenatal classes, newborn kits)
  • Support promotional campaigns and local activations
  • 6. Reporting & TrackingMaintain daily activity reports:
  • Visits made
  • Leads generated
  • Conversions achieved
  • Update CRM or tracking sheets regularly
  • Key Targets (KPIs):Number of institutional tie-ups per month
  • Leads generated per week
  • Conversion rate from leads to customers
  • Repeat/referral business from partners
  • Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in face-to-face selling
  • Relationship-building ability
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Preferred Qualifications:Any graduate (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience in field sales, education sales, or healthcare marketing preferred
  • Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply
  • Other Requirements:Willingness to travel locally
  • Two-wheeler preferred
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Forms, and digital tools
  • Compensation Structure (Optional to include):Fixed salary + Incentives based on:
