Job Title: Field Officer – Facility Management

Role: Handling housekeeping & security manpower

📝 Job Description

The Field Officer is responsible for supervising and managing facility manpower at client sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, service quality, and client satisfaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Supervise housekeeping, security, and other facility staff at assigned sites

Ensure proper staff attendance, duty allocation, and shift management

Arrange manpower replacement in case of absenteeism

Conduct regular site visits and inspections

Coordinate with clients and resolve daily operational issues

Ensure staff discipline, grooming, and work quality as per company standards

Maintain attendance records, deployment reports, and site registers

Support HR and Operations team with reporting and compliance

Handle basic client feedback and escalate issues when required

🔹 Requirements & Skills

Good communication skills (English / Kannada / Hindi preferred)

Ability to manage field staff and work under pressure

Willingness to travel to multiple client sites

Basic knowledge of housekeeping & security operations

Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
