Field Officer – Security, Housekeeping Services

• Shall liaise with clients on Security, Housekeeping and ensure that customers are always kept informed through meetings, feedback reports, emails, and phone calls.
• Shall check the SO’s/Supervisors for their respective units' attendance as per the approved nominal roll and inform the GM of any changes/irregularities.
• Shall visit the units regularly to check the turnout and performance of security guards, housekeeping staff, and pest control teams as per company/client standards.
• Shall ensure that security guards remain alert and do not leave their posts unmanned.
• Shall oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance meet client expectations.
• Shall monitor pest control measures, ensuring timely execution of treatments and compliance with safety standards.
• Shall maintain good public relations with external statute bodies and Police authorities pertaining to security and operational matters.
• Shall ensure smooth operations and handle crises immediately while informing Eagleton management.
• Shall be responsible for gathering intelligence related to security threats and operational risks across all service areas.
• Shall prevent any compromise in proprietary information of Eagleton and all respective units/clients.
• Shall execute orders given by the GM & Management of Eagleton.
• Shall ensure that all units are properly staffed across security, housekeeping, and pest control services without shortages.
• Shall keep and maintain all operational records as required.
• Shall identify training needs and upgrade the skills of security personnel, housekeeping staff, and pest control teams on a regular basis.
• Shall collect and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions using projectors and other media.
• Shall provide induction training for all newly appointed security, housekeeping, and pest control staff for a period of one week.
• Shall plan routine or refresher training for personnel deployed at various units.
• Shall provide basic training on First Aid, Fire Awareness, Fire Prevention, and Fire Extinguishing as per a scheduled program.
• Shall coordinate with GM operations daily and stand by for all operational issues in the absence of the GM/Operations Manager.
• Shall ensure timely submission of bills after verifying attendance across all service areas.
• Shall oversee the recruitment process, ensuring full verification and proper documentation of candidates.
• Shall follow up and organize the collection of payments from customers without delay.
• Shall actively contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities in security, housekeeping, and pest control services in and around the Bangalore region, in coordination with the marketing team. Suitable incentives will be provided based on the company’s matrix, subject to the receipt of the first bill from the materialized client.
