Location - Bangalore

Shift Timing

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

(Field-based role | Flexibility required during emergencies)

Compensation & Benefits

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Bonus linked to KPIs

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and accountable Security Field Officer to manage and supervise on-ground security operations across multiple sites in Bangalore.

This is a field-intensive role that demands discipline, ownership, and leadership. The Field Officer acts as the direct link between guards, clients, and management, ensuring smooth operations and service quality at all times.

Core Responsibilities

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure manpower presence and alertness

* Supervise guards and site supervisors for discipline and performance

* Manage attendance, replacements, and duty allocation

* Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and client requirements

* Handle client feedback, complaints, and site-level issues promptly

* Verify and maintain log books, registers, and documentation

* Train guards on basic conduct, grooming, and on-duty behaviour

* Report incidents, shortages, and observations accurately and on time

* Provide operational support during night checks or emergencies

Performance KPIs (Bonus Linked)

* Manpower & Attendance: No unmanned sites, timely replacement, guard discipline

* Site Compliance: Proper uniform, SOP adherence, log books maintained

* Client & Incident Handling: Minimum complaints, quick response, clear reporting

* Field Responsibility: Regular site visits, emergency availability, ownership mindset

Eligibility Criteria

* Prior experience in security services / field operations preferred

* Ex-servicemen or experienced security supervisors are encouraged to apply

* Must be flexible with field travel and operational requirements

* Knowledge of Bangalore locations is an added advantage
