Job Description:

Rentamaids247 is seeking a responsible and proactive Field Operations Executive to manage on-ground activities related to domestic services. The role involves coordinating with service providers and customers, ensuring service quality, and handling field-level operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits for verification and onboarding of maids

Coordinate between customers and service providers

Ensure smooth execution of daily services

Handle customer queries and resolve issues on-site

Monitor service quality and maintain standards

Assist in scheduling and assigning service requests

Maintain records and provide regular updates to the team

Ensure proper documentation and verification processes

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of operations and customer handling
