Job Title: Affiliate Recruiter Associate (Field)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Affiliate Recruiter Associate to join our team. As a key member of our affiliate recruitment team, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential affiliates via phone to introduce and promote our affiliate program, answer inquiries, and build lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential affiliates through cold calling and follow-up calls.
• Present and explain the benefits of joining our affiliate program to prospective affiliates.
• Answer any questions and address concerns about the affiliate program.
• Maintain and update records of affiliate interactions and agreements.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to identify and onboard suitable affiliate candidates.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with affiliates.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and keep a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Goal-oriented and able to meet recruitment targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
