Field Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field recruitment drives in various areas of Bangalore.
• Source, screen, and onboard delivery partners as per business requirements.
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
• Coordinate with city operations and vendor teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in field recruitment or similar roles (preferred).
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Must have a smartphone and two-wheeler for field travel.
• Willingness to work on-ground and meet daily targets.
