Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end bulk hiring for frontline / entry-level roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, vendors, field sourcing & local networking
  • Conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews in high volumes
  • Coordinate mass hiring drives, walk-in camps, and job fairs
  • Ensure daily interview & joining targets are met
  • Coordinate with operations, HR, QC, and onboarding teams for smooth joining
  • Maintain accurate MIS reports (interviews, offers, joiners, dropouts)
  • Manage candidate follow-ups to reduce dropouts
  • Work closely with clients / internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Key Skills RequiredStrong experience in volume / mass hiring
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
  • Ability to work under target-driven & high-pressure environments
  • Hands-on experience with job portals & sourcing tools
  • Good MIS & reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Willingness to do field work & weekend hiring drives if required
  • Preferred Industry ExposureRetail / Warehouse / Logistics
