Job Title: Field Recruiter – Volume Hiring (Bangalore)

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Field Recruiter who can manage high-volume hiring for Sales Executives in the banking and financial services domain. The role involves end-to-end recruitment and field sourcing activities to achieve 70+ onboardings per month within Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle volume hiring for Sales Executives selling Public sector credit cards and insurance products.
• Conduct field recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus drives, walk-ins, and on-ground outreach.
• Source candidates through job portals (Apna, Workindia), local networks, and field channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews to ensure quick closures.
• Maintain a strong pipeline to consistently achieve 70+ monthly onboardings.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in non-IT / volume hiring, preferably for sales or FOS (Feet on Street) roles.
• Experience in field recruitment and bulk hiring.
• Good understanding of the banking / financial services domain is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Multilingual candidates preferred (English + Kannada).
