Field Recruiter

The Field Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for store-level and field-based roles for The Organic World. This role requires active field sourcing, coordination with store managers, community-level hiring, vendor management, and ensuring manpower readiness across assigned stores.

• Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & IdentificationConduct field sourcing for roles such as Store Associates, Cashiers, Delivery Executives, Store Managers, and Warehouse Staff.
• Build strong hiring pipelines using local networks, job fairs, community centers, and local agencies.
• Maintain relationships with colleges, skill-development centers, and employment hubs.
• 2. End-to-End RecruitmentScreen candidates based on store requirements and company standards.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and conduct initial assessments.
• Coordinate and close offers within defined timelines.
• Ensure onboarding documentation and background verification processes are completed.
• 3. Store-level Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with Store Managers and Area Managers to understand hiring needs.
• Provide weekly updates on manpower status, hiring progress, and challenges.
• Manage urgent or replacement hiring within SLA.
• 4. Recruitment OperationsMaintain accurate candidate and hiring data in ATS or recruitment trackers.
• Ensure adherence to hiring budgets and salary benchmarks.
• Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth joining and induction.
• 5. Vendor & Agency CoordinationIdentify and manage third-party recruitment vendors when needed.
• Ensure vendor compliance with quality and TAT requirements.
