Field Recruiter

Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and operations of two-wheeler (2W) riders for our rental bike business. The role involves sourcing riders, ensuring high active (live) rider percentage, and managing timely rent collection.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Rider Recruitment

• Identify, source, and onboard new 2W riders for rental bikes
• Conduct field visits, campaigns, and local outreach to attract candidates
• Verify documents and ensure smooth onboarding process

2. Rider Engagement & Retention

• Maintain a high “live %” (active riders on the platform)
• Regularly follow up with riders to ensure consistent activity
• Address rider concerns and reduce drop-offs

3. Rent Collection

• Ensure timely collection of rental payments from riders
• Track pending payments and follow up for dues
• Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding amounts

4. Field Operations

• Work closely with operations team for bike allocation and tracking
• Monitor rider performance and provide feedback
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
• RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment, sales, or operations (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling locally

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹26,000 per month
