Field Recruiter

Role Overview The Fleet Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end hiring of Delivery Partners (Riders) through field-based and digital sourcing channels. The role focuses on achieving hiring targets, ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining compliance, and supporting fleet readiness to meet business demand. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing and Hiring - Source delivery partners through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and field outreach - Conduct initial screening and explain job roles, payouts, and expectations - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets Onboarding and Documentation - Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding processes - Ensure accuracy and compliance of records - Maintain recruitment and onboarding trackers Training and Coordination - Coordinate induction and training with store or hub teams - Ensure readiness and activation of newly onboarded riders Process and Quality - Ensure availability and reliability of delivery partners
