We are seeking motivated and results-driven Field Recruiters to join our team, specializing in the recruitment of Loaders / Pickers & Packers.

Key Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year experience in field/bulk hiring

✔ Strong in sourcing, screening & onboarding

✔ Comfortable with field visits & candidate mobilization

✔ Excellent communication & networking skills

✅ Strong background in sales or gig/blue-collar hiring

✅ Ability to work towards targets & deadlines in a fast-paced environment

✅ Proactive approach to sourcing, engaging, and onboarding talent directly in the field
