Field Recruiter

Responsibilities-

• Field Sourcing: Visit colleges, local hubs, and job fairs to identify and engage potential candidates.
• End-to-End Hiring: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Networking: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through local community outreach and referrals.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in our tracking system.
• Onboarding: Assist selected candidates with the documentation and joining process.
