Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for Picker & Packer roles.
  • Conduct field sourcing through local visits, job camps, references, and vendor coordination.
  • Visit nearby areas, industrial locations, and labour hubs for candidate sourcing.
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
  • Explain job role, salary, shift timings, and work location to candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and joining process.
  • Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are achieved.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Follow up with selected candidates for joining and retention.
