Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Recruitment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Field Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates through field activities, ensuring quick closures and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job fairs
• Source candidates through field visits, referrals, and local networks
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements
• Build relationships with local colleges, institutes, and consultants
• Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
• Manage onboarding support and documentation
• Provide regular updates on hiring status and field activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (field hiring preferred)
• Any Graduate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for hiring drives
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar hiring is an added advantage
• Good networking and negotiation skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of local job market and sourcing strategies
