Job Description
Field sourcing of 2W service technicians, mechanics, washing boys, service advisors, helpers
Visit local garages, ITIs, polytechnics, and skill centers for candidate sourcing
Conduct initial screening and interviews at field level
Coordinate with service managers/workshop heads for manpower requirements
Maintain daily recruitment MIS and follow-ups
Assist in joining formalities and documentation
Support replacement and urgent manpower requirements
Build and maintain a local candidate database
Ensure quick turnaround time for service manpower hiring
