About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Field Recruiter to support our Q-commerce operations by hiring full-time delivery riders across Bangalore. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong local knowledge and the ability to meet daily hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring of delivery riders across Bangalore
• Ensure daily closures to meet rider requirements and reduce gaps
• Coordinate and support rider onboarding, documentation, and training
• Track rider attendance and maintain a stable and active rider base
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges
• Work closely with operations teams to understand hiring needs

Requirements

• Prior experience in field recruitment (preferably for blue-collar roles)
• Good understanding of Bangalore locations and local hiring channels
• Ability to travel extensively within the city
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
