Job Description - Sr Field Recruiters

Must Handle 4-6 store's Field Recruiters
Ensure to fullfil the delivery boy demand in the cluster.
Hiring the Riders/Delivery Executives for Grocery / Store (Hyperlocal Business)
Identify and source the riders through sourcing channels like Olx, Apna and On fields.
Respective Field Recruiters will be assigned one particular location across the city.

Preferred Competencies

Delivery Rider Hiring Experience

Field Sales / Marketing experience.

Good communication in Regional Language (Preferably Hindi)

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

Qualification - 12th and Above

Age - 19 to 35 years

Preferred Ownership - Android phone + Own Bike or Scooter

Min 1 year of work experience is preferred.
