Field Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Field Recruiter responsible for bulk hiring of delivery executives (delivery boys/riders) across assigned locations. This role involves on-ground recruitment, candidate sourcing, and onboarding of blue-collar workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Field recruiters act as the face of the company in local markets, engaging candidates through direct outreach, job drives, and community networks

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct bulk hiring of delivery boys/riders for logistics / e-commerce / food delivery operations
• Source candidates through:
• Field visits (markets, petrol pumps, hubs, etc.)
• Job camps, walk-ins, and local references
• Social media and job portals
• Perform initial screening & document verification (DL, RC, Aadhaar, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding of selected candidates
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of delivery executives
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets (volume hiring)
• Partner with operations team to understand manpower requirements
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and candidate tracking
• Conduct follow-ups to reduce dropouts and improve joining ratio
• Promote employer brand in local areas and communities

Field recruiters typically handle sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring pipeline end-to-end.
