Job Title: Field Recruiter (Blue-Collar & Bulk Hiring)

We are looking for a high-energy Field Recruiter to lead our ground-level hiring initiatives. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled and semi-skilled candidates (e.g., loaders, technicians, delivery partners) by directly engaging with local communities and labour hubs. Naukri.com +1

Key Responsibilities

• Ground-Level Sourcing: Visit "labour junctions," local marketplaces (chowks), ITI areas, and worker communities to identify and mobilize candidates.
• Bulk Hiring Drives: Organize and execute high-volume walk-in interviews and mass recruitment events at project sites or regional hubs.
• Local Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, contractors, vocational schools, and community leaders to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
• Rapid Screening: Conduct on-the-spot screening to verify document authenticity, shift readiness, and physical suitability for manual labor.
• End-to-End Onboarding: Coordinate with operations teams to ensure quick turnaround times (TAT) for joining, from document collection to ID creation.
• Reporting: Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS reports, including "lineup-to-joining" and "dropout" ratios. Naukri.com +4
