Field Recruiter

About the Role : The Field Non-IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for blue-collar and entry/mid-level roles across manufacturing, logistics, retail, e-commerce, and other non-IT industries. This role requires extensive field travel, relationship building, and strong networking capabilities to meet hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to colleges, training institutes, job fairs, and local markets to source candidates.
• Manage end-to-end hiring for roles such as operators, pickers/packers, delivery associates, technicians, helpers, supervisors, and other non-IT positions.
• Generate applicant pipeline through field sourcing, referrals, community networks, and local advertisements.
• Screen candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final interviews with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, institutes, and local sourcing partners.
• Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are achieved for bulk/volume recruitment.
• Update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and share daily performance updates.
• Support onboarding, documentation, ID creation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements during hiring.
• Travel to client locations to understand manpower needs and resolve hiring challenges.

Skills & Requirements :

• Proven experience in field recruitment / blue-collar hiring.
• Strong local network and ability to mobilize candidates quickly.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-volume hiring.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.
• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively (mandatory for most roles).
• Two wheeler and smart phone are mandatory
