Job Description – Field Executive (Amazon Pay / GigBiz Feedback Collection)

Position: Field Executive (Revisiting & Feedback Collection)

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred (PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, Pine Labs experience will be an added advantage)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 (Performance-based)

Location: Field Work (Store Visits)

Bike: Mandatory (Valid DL & RC required)

Job Role / Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned merchant stores in the allotted area
• Collect feedback related to the GigBiz application from merchants
• Perform revisiting work at stores
• Update daily reports and submit data in the GigBiz app
• Identify merchant issues and report them to the concerned team
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or Pine Labs

Requirements:

• Bike with valid driving license (mandatory)
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to do field work
• Android smartphone is compulsory
• Prior experience in UPI / Fintech / Merchant onboarding is an advantage
