📌 Job Description – Field Sales Executive (FSE)
Location: Bangalore / Karnataka / South India
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: 0–2 years
Industry: Edutech / Merchant Onboarding / Channel Sales
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Visit stationery shops, Xerox centres, libraries, browsing centres, school & college nearby shops to onboard them.
Explain product features and benefits and close onboarding.
Daily field visits (10–15 shops) for lead generation & conversion.
Maintain relationship with existing merchants for upselling.
Submit daily reports to Team Leader.
Achieve weekly & monthly onboarding targets.
🔹 Eligibility
Any qualification (PUC / Degree preferred).
Must have bike + driving licence.
Good communication skills in local language.
Freshers also can apply if interested in field sales.
