Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell the company’s EV retrofit solutions and related services. The role involves meeting potential customers, generating leads, demonstrating product benefits, and driving sales growth through on-ground engagement.


Key Responsibilities :-

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and local networking.
  • Promote and sell electric scooter conversion solutions and EV-related products/services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits of EV retrofitting to customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain daily reports of sales activities, leads, and closures.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales campaigns.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in automotive, EV, or mobility sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
