Field Sales Executive

We are a growing printing company offering high-quality solutions such as offset printing, digital printing, visiting cards, brochures, banners, flex, packaging, and corporate branding materials. We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and increase sales.

• Job Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential customers such as corporate offices, schools, colleges, retail shops, real estate firms, and event companies
• Promote printing products and services, including brochures, flyers, banners, business cards, packaging, and customised printing
• Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed orders
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the production team
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
• Meet monthly sales targets and report daily field activities to the Sales Manager
• Stay updated on new printing products and market trends
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum Any degree
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (printing industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
