Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Area Sales manager for Namma Spirits. The Area will be sales manager responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring the sales team, executing account management strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends to drive growth. Additional responsibilities include building strong client relationships, setting sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in liquor Sales
• Sales Management, and the ability to drive targets effectively
• Strong Team Management and leadership skills
• Demonstrated expertise in Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in the beverage or alcohol industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
