Job Description

Variable pay is directly tied to monthly sales performance and is disbursed on a monthly basis.


About the Role


As a Field Sales Associate at Kinetic Age, you will be the face of our brand in the field. Your


primary responsibility is to visit prospective customers at their homes during product trials and


convert them into paid subscribers. You will also play a key role in building B2B partnerships by


visiting hospitals and clinics to establish referral and collaboration opportunities.


This is a high-energy, on-the-ground role that demands 95%+ travel. You will spend the vast


majority of your working hours in the field, meeting customers and healthcare partners


face-to-face.


Key Responsibilities


Visit prospective customers at their homes during product trial periods to demonstrate value,


address concerns, and convert them into paid Kinetic Age subscribers.


Achieve and exceed monthly subscription conversion targets through in-person engagement


and relationship building.


Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to identify, pitch, and close B2B partnership


opportunities.


Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic administrators, and hospital


management for referral partnerships.


Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, trial progress, and conversion outcomes


in the CRM.


Provide real-time feedback from the field to the product and marketing teams to improve


customer experience and trial-to-paid conversion rates.

Represent Kinetic Age with professionalism and enthusiasm at every customer and partner


touchpoint.


Travel Requirement


This role requires 95%+ travel. You will be expected to travel extensively within your assigned


territory to visit customer homes, hospitals, and clinics on a daily basis. A valid driving license is


mandatory. Ownership of a two-wheeler is strongly preferred, as it will be essential for efficient


daily commutes across your territory.


Requirements


Valid Driving License:

A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory for this role.


Two-Wheeler Ownership (Preferred):

Candidates who own a two-wheeler will be given


strong preference.


Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.


Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.


Comfort with 95%+ travel and willingness to be on the road daily.


Prior experience in field sales, direct sales, or door-to-door sales is a plus.


Experience in healthcare or wellness industry is an advantage.


Proficiency in local language(s) and Hindi/English.


Basic smartphone proficiency for CRM and reporting tools.
