Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Manager – Coated & Technical Textiles

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–8 years (flexible based on profile)

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales professional with hands-on experience in coated fabrics and technical textiles. The role involves developing new customers, managing key accounts, and driving sales across applications such as outdoor, industrial, protective wear, luggage, automotive, and sportswear.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage sales for PU, PVC, TPU, acrylic or functional coated fabrics
• Identify and onboard new customers (brands, converters, garment manufacturers)
• Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and technical discussions
• Understand customer application needs (waterproofing, abrasion, FR, breathability, etc.)
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and quality teams for sampling and approvals
• Follow up on trials, bulk orders, and repeat business
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales support
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong knowledge of coated fabrics / technical textiles
• Understanding of fabric constructions, coating types, testing standards
• Experience selling to garment exporters, OEMs, industrial users, or brands
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Ability to read spec sheets, test reports, and buyer requirements
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, email, and CRM tools
• Preferred Background:Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with spray rating, hydrostatic head, abrasion, tensile, seam sealing
• Existing customer network in India or export markets (bonus)
