Field Relationship Manager(IA)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary:30,000 (CTC)

Petrol Allowance: ₹5.15 per km

Incentives: Upto 15,000/month (performance-based)

Languages Required: English, Kannada, Hindi,Telugu

Assets Required: Personal bike with valid driving license

Travel Requirement: 50-60 km per day

Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Field Relationship

Managers who will handle on-ground operations, customer

visits, property verifications, and end-to-end deal closures.

You will act as the key link between tenants and property owners, ensuring smooth communication and successful transactions

Key Responsibilities:

1Employee will receive leads from the RM.

2 Leads will be assigned based on area and availability.

3 Visit the assigned locations as per the scheduled time.

4 Maintain and update daily activity/report sheets.

5 Show properties to potential buyers and conduct necessary follow-ups.

6 Preferably local candidates with good area knowledge.

7 Must have experience in field sales.

8 Should be comfortable traveling daily.
