Job Description – Customer Delight Executive (Demo + Sales)

 

Role: Customer Delight Executive

Experience: 6 Months – 6 Years

Industry Preference: Electronics (Highly Preferred) | Banking / EdTech (Also Considered)

Work Timings: Monday to Saturday – 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

 

Role Overview


We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Customer Delight Executive. This position combines product demonstration, customer consultation, and sales responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right product solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Visit customer locations and conduct product demonstrations.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Act as a consultative advisor rather than a pushy salesperson.

Build trust with customers and provide a high-quality customer experience.

Convert product demonstrations into successful sales closures.

Maintain customer interaction records and feedback.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service and delivery.

 

Candidate Requirements

6 months to 6 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.

Candidates from Electronics background are highly preferred.

Candidates from Banking or EdTech industries can also be considered.

Good English communication skills are mandatory.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Self-driven, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
