Job Description – Customer Delight Executive (Demo + Sales)

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced sales professionals to join Epik as Demo Executives. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, engaging with customers, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

●    Conduct live product demonstrations for customers

●    Explain product features and benefits clearly

●    Drive sales through customer engagement

●    Achieve monthly revenue targets

Revenue Target & Incentives:

●    Minimum Monthly Target: ₹3.5 Lakhs

●    Incentives: Up to 4% of achieved revenue

●    Top performer slab incentives

●    Rewards & Recognition for high performers

Eligibility:

●    1–3 years of sales experience (Retail / Electronics preferred)

●    Strong communication and convincing skills

●    Fluent in English (MANDATORY)

Mandatory Requirements:

●    Own vehicle required

●    Valid Driving License (DL)

Work Schedule:

●    9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

●    Saturday & Sunday working

●    Week off on weekdays
