Job Title: Field Relationship Manager

Location: Field-Based (Customer Locations)

• Compensation & Benefits
• Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 (In-Hand)
• Provident Fund (PF): ₹3,600
• Petrol Allowance: ₹5.15 per KM
• Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month (Performance-Based)
• Key Responsibilities Conduct regular field visits based on company-provided leads
• Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners to close rental deals
• Negotiate effectively with both parties to ensure successful conversions
• Verify property listings by cross-checking uploaded photos and details
• Maintain accurate daily reports of visits and activities
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
• Eligibility Criteria
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in field sales or client-facing roles
• Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 80 km per day
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (0–7 days notice period)
