Role Overview

The Field Executive is responsible for customer visits, demo coordination, document collection, and supporting the sales conversion process for EV retrofit solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers in the field and explain retrofit product benefits

Coordinate and support vehicle demos

Follow up with interested customers

Collect customer and vehicle documents for finance processing

Assist in booking confirmation

Coordinate with operations team for retrofit scheduling

Support vehicle delivery process when required

Maintain daily field activity updates

CRM / ERP Responsibilities

Update customer interaction details in CRM

Track demo status and customer follow-ups

Update sales progress in ERP/DMS system

Maintain accurate field visit records

Requirements

Experience in automobile field sales preferred

Good communication and customer handling skills

Two-wheeler with driving license preferred

Basic CRM usage knowledge

Willingness to travel locally

Compensation

₹25,000 + Incentives
