*POSITION SUMMARY:*

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role requires extensive fieldwork, client meetings, Generating leads and site visits.


*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*  

Business Development:

• Identify and prospect potential clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling

• Generate leads from residential complexes, commercial establishments, corporate offices, and real estate projects

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management

• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline


Client Relationship Management:

• Conduct on-site client meetings and presentations to understand design requirements

• Present company portfolio, services, and previous project case studies to potential clients

• Arrange site visits and coordinate with the design team for client consultations

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, builders, and contractors

• Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally


Market Intelligence:

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends

• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences

• Identify opportunities for partnerships with builders, real estate developers, and architects


Reporting:

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager

• Update sales forecasts and pipeline status regularly

• Maintain documentation of all client agreements and contracts


*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:*

•10+2, bachelor's degree in business administration, Interior Design, or related field



*Experience:*

• 1-3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in interior design, home décor, furniture, real estate, Insurance or related industry

• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets


*Skills & Competencies:*

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Kannada, English, Hindi

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clients

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

• Good understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes (preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
