Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven UPVC Field Sales Executive to promote and sell UPVC windows and doors in the Bangalore market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting architects/builders/customers on-site, and closing sales while maintaining strong client relationships.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and site meetings
  • Meet architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and end customers
  • Promote UPVC windows and doors and explain product features, benefits, and pricing
  • Conduct site visits, take measurements (basic understanding), and coordinate with the technical team
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


  • Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in field sales (UPVC / aluminum / building materials preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of Bangalore localities and construction market
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
