Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to build awareness and drive revenue for TATA GFRP roofing sheets. The role involves covering the entire city of Bangalore and its surrounding areas, engaging with potential customers, and promoting the benefits of TATA’s innovative roofing solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell TATA GFRP roofing sheets to dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Build brand awareness by identifying and approaching potential customers across Bangalore and its outskirts.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with the distributor’s team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is an added advantage to connect with local customers.
• Must own a moped or two-wheeler for efficient mobility across Bangalore and its outskirts.
• Basic understanding of the construction industry is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
