Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage field sales operations, acquire new clients, and grow revenue. The role involves extensive field work, client meetings, and closing high-value B2B deals.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through field sales activities, cold visits, and referrals
  • Conduct daily client meetings with manufacturers, brands, channel partners, or architects (as applicable)
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate commercials and close deals independently
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, pipelines, and closures
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
  • Ensure timely collections and follow-ups
