Job Description
Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage field sales operations, acquire new clients, and grow revenue. The role involves extensive field work, client meetings, and closing high-value B2B deals.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through field sales activities, cold visits, and referrals
- Conduct daily client meetings with manufacturers, brands, channel partners, or architects (as applicable)
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate commercials and close deals independently
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, pipelines, and closures
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
- Ensure timely collections and follow-ups
