1. Job Responsibilities Customer Acquisition:

• Actively identify and target potential customers in assigned areas.
• Promote ACT Fibernet’s broadband and related services.
• Explain plans, offers, and benefits clearly to prospective customers.

1. Field Sales Activities:
2. 
   

• Conduct door-to-door and on-ground sales campaigns.
• Demonstrate the value of ACT Fibernet solutions to match customer needs.
• Distribute marketing materials and gather customer data.

1. Lead Management:
2. 
   

• Handle inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
• Convert leads into active subscriptions.

1. Customer Support:
2. 
   

• Assist customers in understanding billing, installation, and activation procedures.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.

1. Reporting:

• Maintain daily sales reports and provide updates to the team lead.
• Key Skills Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation to achieve targets.
• Basic understanding of broadband services is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and manage field sales independently.
• Eligibility Criteria Minimum 12th Pass (any stream).
• Candidates with prior experience in field sales will be given preference.
