About TurboPay

TurboPay is a fintech startup building India’s trade credit infrastructure for FMCG distributor networks. We digitise collections, generate real-time trade signals, and enable institutional lenders to deploy credit against live trade flows. We are an early-stage company with a live product, real distributor nodes, and a founding team with deep fintech and technology experience.


Key Responsibilities

1.     Identify and reach out to FMCG distributors across Bengaluru through field visits, referrals, and network outreach.

2.     Engage directly with business owners, introduce TurboPay’s value proposition, and qualify potential leads.

3.     Conduct basic product demonstrations to interested distributors and facilitate closures with support from the founding team.

4.     Maintain a structured lead pipeline and provide regular reports on outreach activities, conversion status, and feedback from the field.

5.     Gather on-ground insights from distributors and relay them to the product and founding team to improve positioning and product fit.

6.     Take on increasing responsibilities as the company grows — this role has a clear path to a senior sales position.


What We Are Looking For

Required:

•       1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation

•       Fluency in spoken Kannada — mandatory, as the role involves direct field visits to distributors across Bengaluru

•       Own two-wheeler or valid two-wheeler driving licence

•       Basic proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining lead trackers and reports

•       Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business Administration preferred)

•       Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in the field

 

Preferred:

•       Prior experience in FMCG trade channels, distributor networks, or working with kirana/retail ecosystems

•       Prior experience selling SaaS, fintech, or technology products to small businesses

•       Familiarity with how FMCG distribution and credit cycles work
