Job Title: Real Estate AgentJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our team.   • Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
  • Provide expert guidance through the property buying/selling process.
  • Generate client leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing.
  • Arrange property showings, open houses, and meetings with potential clients.
  • Prepare and review real estate contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate property closings and oversee document signing.
  • Maintain and update property listings in the MLS and company website.
  • Stay current on local real estate market trends, zoning laws, and financing options.
  • Negotiate deals on behalf of clients with professionalism and integrity.
  • Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
  • Valid real estate license (as per local/state requirements).
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and local neighborhoods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with real estate CRM software and online listing platforms.
  • Preferred Skills:Sales or marketing background.
  • Bilingual abilities.
  • Negotiation training or experience.
  • Customer service expertise.
  • Working Conditions:Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
