Position: Field Executive

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites for inspections and measurements
• Explain company services (painting, deep cleaning, waterproofing, etc.)
• Generate new leads from apartments, builders, and societies
• Follow up on leads and convert them into orders
• Coordinate between client and office team
• Collect payments if required
• Daily reporting to office/admin

Requirements:

• 12th / Any Degree
• 1–3 years field experience preferred
• Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory)
• Good communication skills (Kannada + basic English)
• Basic mobile and WhatsApp knowledge

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives (based on experience)

Smart Salary Structure (Recommended)Instead of only fixed salary, use:
