Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in the interior and exterior products industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting client sites, building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and individual homeowners, and converting prospects into sales. A 2-wheeler is mandatory for field visits.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective clients including interior designers, architects, contractors, and property owners.
• Promote and sell exterior and interior products such as cladding, facade materials, wall panels, flooring, modular fittings, etc.
• Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, references, and networking.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery, installation, and post-sales support.
• Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team.
• Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and updates in CRM or reports.
• Requirements:
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of field sales experience in building materials, construction, interiors, or related industry.
• Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Mobility: Must own a valid 2-wheeler and driving license.
• Self-motivated: Strong work ethic, target-oriented, and ability to work independently.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of construction drawings or interior layouts is a plus.
