Field Marketing/Sales Executive

This is a new e-commerce startup by a team who were senior leadership at FlipKart.

We are looking for a friendly and confident person to speak to customers outside grocery stores and collect simple information about which apartment complex or locality they live in along with grocery buying behaviour

You will speak to customers for 15–30 seconds and note down:

• Apartment complex / locality
• Whether they shop at DMart regularly
• Optional phone number if they are interested in group grocery delivery

Job Details:

• Timing: Monday to Friday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday 11:00AM to 9:00PM
• Location: Hypermarkets in Bengaluru
• Days: 7 days a week

You are a good fit if you:

• Are comfortable talking to strangers
• Speak Good English and atleast one other language : Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi
• Are friendly, polite, and confident
• Can confidently reach out to shoppers and ask them for information

Preferred:

• 12th pass onwards
• Experience in promotions, surveys, field marketing or customer interaction
• People living in Bengaluru
