Position: Field Sales Executives (Male candidates only)

Locations:

1) Hyderabad & Telangana region

2) JP Nagar, Bangalore(B2C Sales)

3) Karnataka region full (B2B Sales)

4) Mumbai

5)Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets in the assigned region

• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and fabricators

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners

• Conduct regular market visits, product presentations, and site visits

• Promote Petra Steel Doors products to architects, interior designers, and builders

• Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence and feedback

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts

• Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, and operations teams

• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues

• Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, and promotional events when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s degree

• 1–5 years of experience in business development or field sales(Freshers are also considered with a strong communication & Convincing skill)

• Experience in building materials, steel doors, construction products, or related industry is an advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Good knowledge of the said markets

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• Valid two-wheeler license is mandatory
