Job Description
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers to present and demonstrate products/services, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers, and close sales deals effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Travel: Travel within the designated territory to meet clients and attend industry events and trade shows as required.
